79 Rear Jarvis Street, Fort Erie is a space characterized by the three-bay division, that divides the space in half along the length with three columns in the center that define the boundary of each bay. The programmatic elements are organized using the bays as a threshold between seated and standing activities. These create linear pockets of experience, giving a progression feel from low to high (visible vs non visible), starting at the front and toward the back of the space. The backdrop is defined as a book wall partition like furniture acting as a buffer between the private and public spaces.
